Braise
Braise is a gastronomic restaurant located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. Talented chef Sylvain Courivaud is dedicated to fire cooking. The interior architecture and decor of Braise was designed by Michel Amar and Ambiant. They let raw materials such as bricks and dark wooden floors come to life to create a warm atmosphere.
