The unique exterior design of the house results in an incessant play of light and shadow that projects different images throughout the day and the seasons of the year, on the walls and floors.

Alexandre Roussard brought the rich history and philosophy of the 1960’s Parisian perfumery Maison into every aspect of its design. The architect chose the revolutionary handmade marquetry of Oscar Ono’s FÔRET collection for Diptyque boutiques in Paris, Paris – La Samaritaine and Edinburgh. With its natural finish, it effortlessly serves as an appealing foundation. The floor stands out beautifully next to the Baroque-inspired elements that give the perfumery the exact feeling we would expect for such a grand Maison. Pompous, yet delicate elements could have you believe you just entered a room in the palace of Versailles, were it not for the playful modern elements that give away the innovative spirit Diptique is most known for.

This apartment, located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Tel Aviv, is a project by architect Dieter Vander Velpen. A natural pallet was used throughout the entire apartment. Oak flooring creates a calming base, while the veined ‘Arabescato’ marble of the island and cooking niche adds a powerful punch. Architect Dieter Vander Velpen chose Oscar Ono’s Classics Collection in Blanc Rose.

This private apartment at square des Batignolles in Paris was designed by architect Isabelle Marchal. Natural light from the windows amplifies the brightness of the dominating white rooms. This brings a clean, spacious mood to each room you enter. Isabelle Marchal counters these bright elements with the soft wooden tones of our CLASSICS collection flooring. Oscar Ono obtained this floorings’ Miel Doux finish with natural oils that penetrate the pores of the oak. The architect’s choice of decoration shows robust, yet delicate shapes that evoke masculine energy throughout the apartment. The playfully colored elements inside the rooms contrast the moody vintage feel of the furniture very well.

‘Beaumarchais’ 108

This cozy apartment in Paris was completely refurbished and designed by architect Rodolphe Parente. It was named Beaumarchais, after famous inventor and writer Pierre Beaumarchais. A bold choice of decoration ensues, inspired by 70’s and 80’s fashion as well as oriental influences. The combination creates a curious, playful scenery you can’t help but want to discover. The Miel Doux finish, a selection from Oscar Ono’s CLASSICS collection makes for a trustworthy foundation. The soft wooden floors break the cold of the white walls and industrial elements. Thus, creating a lovely balance that allows our eyes to enjoy the imaginative choice of decoration without being overwhelmed. The architect created a great environment to both wind down and get inspired in.

Bringing the outdoors to the bustling center of New York City, Studio Arthur Casas chose the Rocher Brun finish from Oscar Ono’s CLASSICS collection to set the base for this idyllic decor. Our flooring technique reveals a hardened and textured oak. Studio Arthur Casas’ naturally blends this into the setting. Soft, minimalistic design is paired with handcrafted wooden elements in this naturally bright and notable private townhouse. Calming tones of nature are found in alluring functional art pieces. Modern clean fixtures were added to complete the boutique interior. The architects established a charming scenery that creates an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the city center. With success, the architects managed to extend the allure of nearby Central Parc, right into the living room. Meanwhile, they bring an ode to popular design trends of the 20^th century that are still highly regarded by renowned designers in the fashion industry to this day.

This elegant building can be found right next to the famous Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris. It is home to the administrative offices of luxury fashion brand Christian Dior. Architect Barbarito Bancel knows exactly how to recreate the luxury feel of the brand. He decorated this space in a way that makes you wonder whether you walked into a boutique or an office. On the ground floor, he stalled out prominent items of Dior’s seasonal collection on the side of the walls. For the floors, he found his pick in Oscar Ono’s CLASSICS collection. Barbarito went with the blanc rose finish that holds a natural tone due to a slightly brushed oak with a small amount of white pigments pushed inside the veins of this craftsmanship. The white walls create a luminous contrast with the soft touch of the flooring, creating an overall soothing environment. Ideal for work and lucrative business meetings.
