Interior architect designer Raphael Navot was asked to design the NATIV collection for Parisian house Roche Bobois, world leader in furniture design and distribution. Raphael imagined the collection with natural and organic lines. In his design, he created a dialogue between culture and nature. The collection has three lines: primordial, underline and patchwork. The pieces of this collection highlight geometric craftsmanship and luxurious materials. The architect chose the craftsmanship of Oscar Ono to use as the base on which his design pieces are exhibited. For the flooring, he went with our FÔRET collection. The FORÊT black finish that he chose, celebrates the Japanese burning technique “shou-sugi-ban” that reveals a deeply textured black. It creates a stunning contrast with the simple and light wooden appearance of the furniture. Raphael also used our same collection as a wall marquetry for the project’s lettering.
